Experience

  2+yrs of relevant experience in SQA

Job Description
  • Should have good understanding of: Quality Principles, ISO & CMMI Models, SDLC Models
  • Must have Good communication skills, Ability to interface with project teams and help roll out new processes, Ability to multitask effectively
  • Must have Expertise with MS-Office, Visio, Excel, MS Access, MS Project, Power Point & PDF


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Audit on projects & processes
  • Conduct Process, Role based & Tool trainings
  • Provide analysis & process compliance status of projects
  • Collate Metrics and Defect data across multiple projects
  • Ensure the compliance of the QMS by all the delivery teams & escalate issues & coordinate with Process coordinators proactively to track the issues to closure
