MS-Office, Visio, Excel,
MS Access, MS Project, Power
Point & PDF
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Audit on projects
& processes
- Conduct Process, Role
based & Tool trainings
- Provide analysis &
process compliance status
of projects
- Collate Metrics and Defect
data across multiple projects
- Ensure the compliance
of the QMS by all the delivery
teams & escalate issues
& coordinate with Process
coordinators proactively
to track the issues to closure
