Job Description
- Manage implementation
and execution of major Human
Resources processes
- Manage on-going performance
feedback processes by providing
regular guidance and training
on delivering and receiving
feedback
- Serve as an escalation
point for complex personnel
and employee relations issues
and provide guidance and
intervention, as needed
to resolve personnel issues
Ensure proper manpower planning
for the respective client
population
- Provide guidance to management
on a variety of matters
including absence, poor
performance, managed terminations,
disciplinary and grievance
matters, flexible working
arrangements, advising on
legal framework, etc. The
Incumbent would be Responsible
for HR Generalist Role Including
Training
- Formulating HR Strategies
and Policies, Sourcing,
OD Intervention and Performance
Mgt Systems, Compensation
Mgt and Competency Mapping,
Developing Nurturing Human
Capital
- Deliver Strategic direction
for USA, Europe and India
– HR
Requirments
- MBA-HR From Premier /
Reputed Institutes Having
8 - 10 Yrs Exp in IT/ITES
Industry in Strategic HR
and Trg Role-Talent Acquisition,
Devising HR Strategy, Systems
and Process, OD Intervention,
Employee Retention, PMS,
Compensation Mgt
- Experience in IT/ITES
is preferred
- Knowledge of HR procedure
in USA is desired
- Excellent oral and written
communication skills
