Executive Assistant

Job Description
  • Work closely with the CEO to design various initiatives and action plans
  • Participate in preparation of presentations to be delivered by CEO
  • Coordinate with various department heads for reports
  • Assist the CEO in implementing Policies and initiatives across all departments
  • Proactively deploy and instantiate processes / systems to ensure smooth functioning of the CEO’s office
  • Provide executive support to the CEO
  • Liaise with Internal and External clients
  • Participate in key forums like Management council meetings


Requirments

  • 1-2 years of similar experience
  • Should be a graduate
  • Should be well versed in MS-OFFICE
  • Excellent Communication skills
