Executive Assistant
Job Description
- Work closely with the
CEO to design various initiatives
and action plans
- Participate in preparation
of presentations to be delivered
by CEO
- Coordinate with various
department heads for reports
- Assist the CEO in implementing
Policies and initiatives
across all departments
- Proactively deploy and
instantiate processes /
systems to ensure smooth
functioning of the CEO’s
office
- Provide executive support
to the CEO
- Liaise with Internal and
External clients
- Participate in key forums
like Management council
meetings
Requirments
- 1-2 years of similar
experience
- Should be well versed
in MS-OFFICE
- Excellent Communication
skills
